Live Support was Added to iBuzzPro
We launched our Live Support on September 29th, 2010.
In our commitment to consistently improve our service, iBuzzPro announced the activation of our Live Support System. iBuzzPro customers can now chat with a live operator, online from their computer, during business hours. If you have a question that needs an immediate answer, the Live Support Operator will be available to answer your questions quickly.
This allows our customers to stay productive and focused on getting results. We still encourage customers to use our Support Ticket System but if you need an answer fast, you can get it from a Live Online Customer Support Representative.
The service can be accessed from your iBuzzPro Support Center which can be found in your iBuzzPro back office. You simply click on the Live Support Link (as shown on the left), type in your question and an operator or technician will reply. Hours are from 9am to 7pm (Central Time Zone), Monday through Friday.
iBuzzPro continues adding value for our customers whenever we can. It’s just one more reason why we have so many satisfied clients and affiliates.
